4. Choose the kind of workout which fits your age, if you fall in 20-35 age group take up high intensity cardio and weight training workout. Aerobics are suitable for all age groups. Your exercise should also be picked basis your weight and height.
5. Select a workout which has many health benefits attached to it. If your workout affects your complete body it would be good for your overall health.
