You can keep it flat (at a little height if possible) for your weight training. Make sure the board is smooth without any splinter to avoid any kind of injury.
Get your hands on a long and sturdy rope, this can be utilised in many ways. You can tie this rope to a sturdy tree branch and use the rope to climb the tree or the rope (make sure you wear your gloves when you do so). You can also use this for many resistance exercises and for skipping.
Pull ups have been neglected for long now but they are amazing for your body, you can use a chinned up bar which can be used to hang upside down where you can do stomach crunches. You can buy a metal bar which can support you during this exercise. Make sure you get ample head space when you are doing this exercise. You can use filled food cans as weights and stairs can be used for a very effective workout.
