Why is Aerobics Essential

Aerobic activities are as all of us know best form of cardio and endurance exercise. It includes repetitive movements including contracting large muscles like arms and legs.
When you do high intensity aerobics you raise your heart rate as well as breathing this causes sweat. Aerobic should be the core or focus of any exercise program. Research proves that aerobics has disease combating benefits.
Experts say when aerobics exercise is performed you tend to exercise at a moderate level. This is safe for everyone and besides has many health advantages. If you are a beginner aerobics can be the best form of exercise for you.
One of the advantages of aerobics is you can break your 30 minutes sessions into 2 sessions (as per your schedule) and can bear same results.
However, there is a word of caution; try and avoid occasional sessions of high-intensity exercise. This is harmful as if you want to reduce your risk for various unhealthy conditions, this actually depends on the total time and volume you have spent exercising and your intensity isn’t only the factor. High-intensity workouts increase your possibility of injury and cause severe health related problems. It is critical to initiate your aerobic session with a warm up and end it with a cool down.
Exercycle: An Exercycle or an exercising bike needs no formal training and extremely easy to use, though cycling can be uncomfortable if you want to have long sessions of exercise. Riding a bike can be harmful to osteoporosis, though a cycle with weights does give an amazing cardio workout. While buying keep comfort in mind and make sure the paddles have ample foot support.
Skiing equipment: This equipment lets you workout your legs and arms at one go in a similar motion as you follow in skiing. This is easy for your knees. Some machines have independent ski some have the skis in opposite direction. While buying the equipment make sure you go for a wider foot support for stability.
Stepper. This is meant for low-impact exercise which estimates climbing stairs. Some of these machines come with hand support as well. If you are a beginner go for a stepper that isn’t too intense.
Rower: Rowing equipment works on our arms, back, and legs in one go; it offers an almost total-body workout. Some people find the movement to be unfamiliar and might find it hard on their back. If you buy on choose the model with a pulley instead of the piston option as this would give a more realistic experience of rowing.
Elliptical trainer: This equipment gives a round up-down movement and lies between a cross trainer, a ski equipment and a stepper. Its workout is quite impact-free.
