Why Eat Less Meat
Are you one of those who are going to make New Year Resolution than the resolution you have to make this time to eat less meat. The cut down of eggs and meat consumption is necessary and the reasons or benefits are mentioned below:
Live Healthier Life- The more intake of meat gives way to some health ailments like high blood pressure and heart attacks. So to live longer as well as healthier lives eat less meat.
Environment Friendly- There is no need to completely leave the entire non vegetarian products but you can lesser the intake amount of meats and other non vegetarian products. An estimate says that every year a huge part of many green lands are destroyed while gazing.
It is Effective to Use Natural Resources- If you eat less meat then it means you are dependent on more vegetables and seasonal fruits in your diet and all these food items provides good amount of energy and nutrition to the body.
Creative Meal Plan- Without adding chicken you can prepare a food chart which is very effective and nutritious too. It offers more variety. Also, pulses and different vegetables have same amount of vitamins and nutrition. So, why eat meat?
Acid Reactions- Some meat products are conserved after using some chemical like sodium nitrites and phosphates these chemicals keeps the meat fresh and in pink color but actually it is not healthier. Some surveys conclude that there is a concern between consumption of processed meat and colon cancer.
Also, some cattle are grown up in very unhealthy manner yet they seem healthy and fat so, the reason is that they are injected with some chemicals. Do, their consumption is harmful for body.
Pocket Friendly- Usually, meat is considered one the most expansive food items. If you buy less meat then it shifts your savings to organic foods and fruits but same nutritional values.
