What Diet Suits Your Personality
We are all different as chalk and cheese each individual is different and they don’t do the same thing or follow the same routine. So it is but obvious we can’t follow the same diet or the same diet doesn’t suit all of us.
The Sanguine:
Are you composed, bold, quite but expressive if needed, moody, do you prefer a group activity, are detail oriented then you got to be a Sanguine. Sanguine have well-developed taste buds which make them experiment with food they eat and they end up consuming a lot of calories.
They should be careful when preparing food and should use healthy, low-fat ingredients. The food they eat should be either vegetable or corn based and they should take ample time to cook.
The Phlegmatic
Are you slow specially when making decisions, avoid a lot of noise and hustle bustle. Are you reserved and distant? With food you always tend to bite every now and then or snack more often than required.
They should opt for having small healthy frequent meals in a day; you should have one hot meal at least. Try having a diet rich in soup and cereals.
The Melancholic
Are you self-conscious, do you get nervous easily? Do you prefer to work alone rather than a team; if you work as a team your contribution is minimal. Do you lack self-confidence and you are a slow decision maker?
You should choose a short term diet which may involve fasting also. You daily diet should be rich in honey, fruits, sweet etc. A piece of chocolate or a candy would make you happier and won’t do much harm. You should try to involve in more fitness and sport activities.
The Choleric
Self composed, confident, bold, eager to express, takes initiative, make quick decisions, care about your appearance… Do these words describe you? Then you are a Choleric. Lack of patience drives you to fast foods. Try and keep a fruit, veggies handy to munch on. Cook lunch and carry a box when required if you want to order from a restaurant then you need to be careful about the nutritional values of the food you order.
