A healthy breakfast will keep your blood sugar high, avoid hunger pangs and keep you energetic. Make sure you are satisfied with what you eat for breakfast.
Look before you Drink:
A glass of alcohol may contain the calories which would be similar to what you had for breakfast, make sure you keep a track of your hard drinks.
Two Fruits Daily:
Fruits are filling, mostly contain water and are very low on fat content. They contain fibre and carbs that are good for your system.
Sleep Well:
Make sure you get 7-8 hours of sound sleep every night for a life which is healthy and without any stress and fatigue.
Picture A Thin You:
If you have a snap of yours when you were thin; it is great. If you are still to get there picture yourself thin; this would be suffice to keep your motivation high.
