Japan: Fish is the main food for Japanese. They eat lots of fish. As well all known that fish is rich in Omega 3 fatty acid which helps in weight loss. Fish is low in calories and is a rich source of vital nutrients, regular consumption of fish helps in losing weight.

People in the Mediterranean, Asian countries and France tend to be slim because they are more active as compared to their American counterpart. They don’t send hours in a gym, but they tend to walk a lot. This helps them in keeping slim, fit and active.
