Losing weight is all about keeping yourself motivated. These tips will help you eat healthy, exercise and motivate you to lose weight:

Excuses should be eliminated:

Once you get up in the morning, go in for your exercise, the more you wait the more time you get to find an excuse. Keep gym clothes in front of you to get motivated. Don’t ever avoid taking out time for workout, be regular. Never try making excuses just for the heck of avoiding exercise.

Family time:

If your life revolves around your family and you can’t find time to exercise involve your spouse and kids in your weight loss program. Take walks/swimming lessons with your spouse, or play around with kids. This would make your exercise more fun and keep monotony at bay.

Maintain a food and exercise log:

People who successfully lose and maintain weight are good at monitoring their daily activities. Write down positive feelings and put them in places where they are easily visible to keep yourself motivated.

Get a mentor to keep you moving:

It can be a political figure, an actor, a business tycoon or your next door neighbour. Make them your mentor for a reason and every time you tend to lose hope, think of them.

Have motivating thoughts:

Imagine yourself dining with your spouse in a sexy dress looking the way you want to. Picture running around with your kids and being mistaken as their sister.  Remember to make an inspiring and not a depressing imagination.

Treat yourself:

Treat yourself when you achieve desired results or you stuck to your diet/exercise plans.

Music-The motivation:

Use music to motivate while exercising. It offers mental stimulation and helps put you in a better mood.

Register for a cause:

Sign in for a charity run or marathon. You will, in this way help yourself by helping others.
