You are bound to feel lighter post a sauna experience as you would be sweating and removing all toxins as well as water which is retained in our body.
Sauna helps in reducing weight but shouldn’t be treated as the only mode of weight loss. Sauna would only help you in raising weight loss since it helps you lose body toxins and high amount of water retained in your body. Another advantage of taking the sauna, is that it helps in warming up the body and affect your metabolism rate and would help it raise to a certain extent. It also helps in burning excess fat from your body.
You need to incorporate sauna as a way to lose weight and you shouldn’t only depend on this. If you seriously want weight loss, incorporate weight loss diet and exercise.
