By drinking ample amount of water, the body will not need to store water and you would be able to lose 4-6 pounds of water weight alone. Water also helps in flushing out the toxins from our body.

It’s advisable to undertake any form of exercise for at least 15-20 daily. To lose weight faster, try to increase the exercise time. To lose weight you have to burn more calories and exercise will help you to burn calories faster.
Last but not the least, reduce the carbohydrate intake. Carbohydrates are preferred fuel to our body.

Our body try to burn carbohydrates for fuel and then look out for stored fat for fuel. If we restrict carbohydrate intake our body will have to burn the stored fat for fuel. By increasing protein intake and reducing carbs intake you can burn calories and fat faster.
