Besides  yogurt and some other dairy items, this bacteria can be found in Kefir  which is made by fermenting milk, cultured butters, non-pasteurized miso or Kombucha (fermented tea). Naturally this is available in whole grain, onion, garlic, leek, artichoke, banana as well as honey.
