Have Sex: It is fun and also helps you stay slim and lose those excess pounds. When you have an orgasm, your brain releases endorphin, this is a similar feeling as of eating a chocolate sans the calories of course. Also when you lose weight your sex life becomes better so its a full cycle.

Commit or Promise: When you make a promise to someone of losing weight or maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you tend to stick to it. If you can, join an athletic event which is for a fundraising purpose and you won’t quit midway.

Invest in a Pet: No we aren’t taking about a few fish, an active pet like a cat or a dog who would keep you on the move. Research has revealed that your pet tends to keep you active. Be it you run to feed them, play with them, go for a walk or clean their poop, you would have to be more active.

A skinny Sexy Outfit: Take out an outfit which doesn’t fit you but is extremely sexy, hand it in front of your eyes to keep reminding yourself of your weight loss plan and keep yourself motivated.

Lift weights you have shed: Once you reach a weight loss plateau or have achieved the target weight, don’t get back on the eating track once again. Keep the amount of weight you have lost in form of free weights handy, lift them up to remind yourself of the struggle and the sweat you have put in to achieve your current weight.

Speak About Weight Loss: Research proves that people who know about your goals keep you motivated to stick to your plan and lose weight. You can also invest in over the phone or face to face counseling if need be.

Invest in Advance: Take an annual or six monthly subscriptions of your gym or yoga class or of your personal trainer if that is the case. People don’t bunk these classes if a lot of money is involved.

Mix with the Regulars to become one: When you attend a yoga or aerobics session, make friends with people who hardly miss a class, you can exchange advice of importance of working out and they won’t let you miss a session without any reason.

Face yourself: When you don’t like your look in the mirror because it shows a fatter side of you, don’t leave looking at your reflection, in fact look more often to keep yourself motivated and stick to your goals.
