Never crash diet to lose weight
There is no short cut to lose weight so don’t ever think of opting for crash diet, you will just end up hurting yourself. When you lose weight quickly then your body is losing carbohydrates (glycogen) and water and not fat which is main cause of excess weight.
When you go for crash diet or starve then your body get the feeling that there is scarcity of food and so it reduces the metabolic rate, which makes it difficult for your body to burn calorie. Avoid high calorie drink

Alcohol is another rich source of calories, may it be beer, hard drink or wine each of them is packed with calories. Even canned juice, milk and diet soda can add excess calorie to your daily diet. Best think to drink is water, drink lots and lots of water. Many weight loss experts recommend having 10-12 glasses of water. Water will help you to flush out toxins and will keep you fresh and kicking. If you drink whole milk then opt for skim milk or ever soya milk. Little change in your drinking habit can make a big difference.
Don’t eliminate food instead substitute them
Many dieters think that low-fat or diet food are not as good in term of taste and other factors as compared to its original counterparts. Try different brand of low-calorie, low-fat food and you never know you can get stuff that is testier than the original. Opting for low-fat counterparts can help you to save lots of calories. If you want to have cola, then opt for zero calorie cola, by doing this you can save almost 150 calories. The key is to make sustainable change. If you really like chips and can’t do without it, then opt for roasted chips or low calories and low fat chips. This will you will have your chips and will save calories too. Small calories saved can sum up to a noticeable change in couple of months.
