Keep your body hydrated: Water is needed by us to carry oxygen to our cells. When you don’t have enough water you have headache and feel drenched out. Consume at least 8 glasses of water a day. Too much Caffeine is bad but used wisely it gives your body burst of energy.

Stay Calm: Dont stress your mind, as the body will release cortisol (stress hormones) which would have a negative impact on our body. Worrying gives you lack of sleep and stress, stay calm and composed.
Witness the outdoors:  Try and get out of your house/office at least once a day, sunlight can raise body’s creation of serotonin, which works wonders on your mood and energy.
