To Lose Fat Drink Milk

If you are looking for faster and easier way to burn that extra fat then drink milk. Yes, milk helps in burning extra fat that is stored in our body. According to a recent report by AJCN, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, by drinking two glasses of milk after exercise help in burning of fats.
Moreover, a research was conducted in McMaster University in which the scientists have created two groups of men and these groups were made to undergo rigorous exercise regimen for three months. At the end of the three months, a group of men who drank milk after workout has fewer fats as compared to men who didn’t have milk after workouts.
While conducting this research, participants had to workout for an hour everyday, which sums up to 60 hours of rigorous workouts session in three months. Participants followed a special workout program which included all their muscle groups. At the end of each workout session one group had to drink a glass of milk while the other group has concoction of soy or carbohydrates.
When the test was over, the group that had milk after workouts were having more muscles and muscle force as compared to the group that had concoction of soy or carbs. The milk drinker group gained almost 60% more muscles as compared to the other group that had carbs beverages.
Apart from muscles gain, the milk drinker also managed to burn more fats. The calcium present in the milk actually helped the participants to burn extra fats from their body.
Some researches and studies have concluded that milk and other dairy products has many benefits, like they helps in preventing diseases such as type2 diabetes, colon cancer, obesity, heart strokes and osteoporosis. Researches also indicated that by have dairy products, especially milk, helps in regulating and maintaining weight.
Today’s children consumer less amount of mil and dairy products as compared to earlier days, probably this explains as why the number of obese children is increasing in leaps and bounds.
