Try searching for crash diet in the internet or in the magazine, you will get hundreds and hundreds of crash diet with tall but false claims. Every crash diet promises to burn the excess fat so that you can have smoking hot body.

However, the truth is far away from the picture they paint. In reality crash diets are unhealthy way to lose weight and it can even cause some serious health diseases and problems.

It’s not that crash diet doesn’t helps in weight loss, many crash diet helps in weight loss but these weight loss will be achieved through unhealthy manner. Once you get back to your normal eating habit, weight that has been lost with the help of crash diet will bounce back.  Crash diet will help you to lose weight fast and it will be back again even faster.

Crash dieting means starving, this is always bad. Though by starving you may lose couple of pounds but you will completely tear down your metabolism. You need fast and efficient metabolism to lose extra pounds and to keep it off completely. The faster your metabolic rate would be, faster you will lose weight. Moreover if your metabolic rate is fast then you can have anything you want without fear of getting fat.
