The Three Day Miracle Diet

This three day diet is also popularly known as miracle diet because it has a unique way of combining food that creates fat burning metabolic reaction for fast fat burning.

As the name suggests, this diet is for three days and after three days you can go back to your normal eating habits. Again, after 4-5 days of your normal diet you can switch to this miracle diet. Many people who have undertaken this diet have indicated that they have lost somewhere around 8-10 pounds in just three days.

You should be aware that during these three days you will mostly lose water weight. The 3 days diet is based in principle of avoiding carbs rich food. Carbs actually helps in retaining water, and by not eat carbs you can lose water weight. However, this is not a healthy way to lose weight.

If you want to lose weight then you have to follow this 3 day diet plan very strictly. You only have to foods that are recommended in this diet. You can even have food even if you are very hungry. You are not allowed to work out while undertaking this diet.

The Three Day Diet Plan

Day 1:

On the first day the foods that you will have will give you fewer than 500 calories. Your body may go into starvation mode and may slow down your metabolism.

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have a tablespoon of peanut butter with a slice of toast. You can also have a glass of grapefruit juice. If you can do without tea or coffee then have a cup of coffee with no sugar.

Lunch: You can have a cup of tea or coffee without sugar, 100-125 grams of lean fish and a slice of toast.

Dinner: Have 10 grams of lean meat such as chicken, have 200-250 grams of carrot and same amount of green beans. You can treat yourself with 200 grams of vanilla ice-cream.

Day 2:

On the second day the foods that you will eat, will provide you approximately 500-600 calories.

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have a cup of tea or coffee without sugar, a slice of toast and a banana.

Lunch: You can have cottage cheese (250 grams) and 6-8 crackers.

Dinner: For dinner you can have 100-125 grams of carrot, 100 grams of vanilla ice-cream, 200-250 grams of cabbage or broccoli and 2 hot dogs.

Day 3:

Breakfast: You can have a tablespoon of cheddar cheese, 5-6 crackers and a cup of sugarless tea or coffee.

Lunch: Have a boiled egg, a slice of toast and a cup of tea or coffee.

Dinner: You can have 250 grams of cauliflower, carrot, yellow melon and same amount of tuna fish. You can also have 100 grams of vanilla ice-cream.

Apart from eating these foods, you are supposed to drink ample amount of water. Try to have at least 8-10 glasses of water.

Follow this diet for just three day and don’t exceed it beyond three days or else you can completely destroy your metabolism which in turn will make you fatter.
