Air tends to get trapped in the GI tract which can cause bloating, pressure, and stomach expansion.
Some veggies can make you bloat like legumes, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprout, onion, cabbage, pepper, citrus fruits etc. These veggies create more gas in your tract.
