What Jared did was he had one sub (6 inches) for lunch and one foot long as far as dinner is concerned. Lunch was made up of turkey sub loaded with vegetable without any cheese and mayo; instead he used little spicy mustard available in subway. Dinner was a treat with a vegetable foot long without any topping. By doing this he lost 200 pounds in a little less than a year. He obviously worked out as well during this diet plan as he walked for 1-2 miles.

This diet appears too good to be true when they think of the Subway diet. When you think about this diet in depth you would realize with a little effort you would be able to achieve your weight loss target. They have popularized their menu by saying that they give you more than 7 alternatives which have less than 6 grams of fat in them.
