Small Steps Which Lead To Weight Loss Motivation

Whenever we have an aim to reach in life (weight loss or otherwise) we always tend to think only about big things and neglect small important things which if ignored can make a huge difference. The big picture or things we keep on dreaming about are made up of small things which we don’t even notice.

The day you join your gym or take up a new exercise program you want to immediately lose 20-30 pounds in mere a week. You don’t see the small changes in your body which are a result of you gyming and workout. The problem is when you don’t get results as instantly as we expected when we initiated the exercise session; most of us get frustrated and give all our exercise and workout up.

Chairs are seats are the best way for you to notice the difference in your body weight besides your jeans of course. You heard it right-Chairs; for instance the chairs you are claustrophobic sitting in (in your office/home); within a few weeks you would realise you become a little more comfortable sitting in those chairs.

If compliments are flowing your way more than often then you should start feeling great about yourself. The compliment doesn’t always have to be verbal, if people are passing a second look towards you very often; this should be counted as a compliment. Especially if the guy who is looking your way is a couple of years younger to you.

If you not only achieve your target but reach a little beyond what you expected, you should be on the seventh sky. Not only have you reached your target but you have actually exceeded your expectations. Share with your friends, shop for clothes and pamper yourself; do things that make you happy. This would not only make you happier but it will also help you stick to your weight loss schedule for longer.
