Most of us spent some 8-10 hours daily sitting and working in front of the computer. After tiring day it may get difficult to workout. Still we dream to have a slim, fit and active body. Well, here is a good news for you. You can perform exercise while at office and you don’t need any special arrangement for this. Most of the exercise you can do while sitting on your chair and without spending extra time on exercise.

Here are some useful tips that can help you to stay fit while working in office.

Avoid using elevator, instead take stairs. This is the simplest thing you can do to keep yourself fit and slim. For every pack of stairs you climb, you will burn 20-25 calories.

If you have to call your colleague for a cup of coffee or tea or even for lunch then instead of using phone or email, walk up to him. This will help you in burning few calories and will make you mentally relaxed.

The chair you sit also pays an important role in your health. While you are working in your desk, make sure your back is straightened and touches the back of your chair. If you don’t have a good chair, them make some investment and get a good chair.

Don’t get glued to your chair for day long. Get out of it and walk around. Go and see your colleague sitting in the next bay. Or just go to cafeteria but don’t eat anything. Just walk, walking you make your fit and will burn extra calories.
