Sculpt Your Legs Workout

Women around the world would love to have the best and perfectly sculpted legs. It would be great if your legs look beautiful in your shorts and bikini. Unfortunately all women aren’t lucky enough to have awesomely sculpted and toned legs.

This doesn’t mean that you lose heart and accept the fact that you don’t have perfect legs. The following workout will help you develop legs that you’d love to flaunt:

Step-Ups – This targets your quads and glutes:

Take a stepper or a low sturdy chair and stand besides it, keeping hide wide distance between your legs. Keep you left foot on the step/seat. Hold your abs tight and keep your back tall, now press in your left foot bringing your right foot to the seat, hold for few seconds before you put your right foot down, repeat for 10 times before switching your leg.

Lateral Leg’s Lift for your outer thigh and glutes:

Lie down on the right side of your body keeping your right knee bent at 90 degrees; keep your left leg straight. Flex your left foot and turn your toes to the floor, lifting your left leg at 45 degrees; hold for a few seconds and then lower it. Repeat this for 20-25 times before switching sides.

Bend and extend for your glutes and hamstrings:

Begin this exercise by being on all your fours, keeping your hands under your shoulders as your knees remain under your hips. Slowly lift your right leg at 90 degrees, make sure the base of your foot faces the ceiling, then slowly straighten your right leg till it comes parallel to the floor; bending your knee. Repeat for 20 times and switch.

Lateral Leg’s Circles for your glute, Core as well as inner thighs:

Stand keeping your feet together, your knees should be slightly bent, and keep your hands on your hips. Lift the right foot off the floor for a few inches making large circles with your foot, make sure your left leg is balanced and your abs are held tight. Repeat this 20 times and change side.

Skate Jumps for your glutes, core, thighs, quads and calves:

Stand on the ground and keep your feet together, make sure your knees are slightly bent. Jump thrice to around 4 feet towards the right, as you lead with your right foot and land keeping both your feet together. Now jump towards the left. Do this exercise for a minute.
