Raw Food Revolution Diet claims that to live a healthier life simply include more of raw plant based foods into your diet. This diet will help you to lose weight, feel younger and energetic, and make you healthier, fit and active.
Basics about the Raw Food Revolution Diet
The Raw Food Revolution Diet is based on principle of eating more of plant based foods and eating raw vegetables and fruits. In this particular diet plan, participants have a choice of undergoing three week intensive plan that will help in reviving the system and the taste buds. During this three weeks participant are allowed to eat only raw food that may help to kick start weight loss.
The normal plan permits a wide variety of foods as compared to fast track and in general plan dieters are allowed to take up to 20 per cent of calories from the cooked food. This plan is designed in such a way it helps in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight for lifetime.
However, one thing to remember about this diet is that both option (Fast track and normal plan) restrict the consumption of alcohol, caffeine, processed foods and animal foods.
Recommended Foods
As indicated earlier, under this diet plan participants are allowed to take raw plant based foods. Here is the list of food that you can have while on diet, these are raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, dried fruits, agave syrup, vegetable juice, sprouted legumes, sprouted grains, miso, mushrooms, sea vegetables, flaxseed oil, olives, olive coil, carob powder, herbal tea, nutritional yeast, and avocado.
Participants are recommended to undertake daily exercise for 20 minutes in a day, thrice in a week. Participant can do aerobic activities like jogging and walking in along with flexibility exercise and moderate resistance training.
