Even a good walk for 10-15 minutes will increase you metabolic rate. Taking stairs instead of using elevator will also keep your metabolism active. If your work allows you 10-15 minutes of break, then take a walk for 5 minutes, this will increase your metabolic rate.

Most of us not even aware that what we drink also boost our metabolic rate, which promote weight loss. One if the effective and simple thing to drink to boost metabolism is green tea.

Green tea actually helps in burning fat cells stored in our body. Another drink to increase metabolic rate is water. That’s why every dietician, weight loss experts recommend to have lots and lots of water, because water increases metabolic rate, which in turn promotes weight loss.
