What is Water/Aqua Aerobics?

Aqua aerobics, as the name suggests is an aerobic workout in a pool of water. The compression and warmth of water is extremely good for you muscles and joints, this form of aerobics is considered as extremely therapeutic. It is very natural hence that water aerobics is very soothing and comforting for women who are pregnant. Aqua aerobic workout is easy and easy, and is highly helpful for all pregnant women.

Try and keep your pre-pregnancy speed and pace during the pregnancy phase as well.

Do not push yourself too hard. Do as much as you can, and gradually you can increase it over the time.

Do not jump in water. Soak yourself and allow you body to adjust to the new surroundings.
