You can choose non-fat yogurt instead and sprinkle tasty spices. To raise the nutrition value cook potatoes with other vegetables. Use some sodium less seasoning.

You can eat potatoes anytime of the day for 3-4 times a week. You can consume them in baked, boiled, steamed or roasted form but not fried.
Potato skin comprises of 70% of the nutrient so try to keep them on.
Don’t cook potatoes in aluminum vessels, as they react with the potato and it results in lessening the nutrients.
