Avoid eating sweets. Sweets can sabotage your weight loss goal. If you can resist sweets then have no sugar sweets. If you have sweet craving then have dark chocolates.

To lose weight in a healthy and effective way, you have to make sure that your body gets all minerals and vitamins. Select a diet plan that contains dairies, lean meat, vegetables and fruits. As far as possible have fresh vegetable and fruits. If you want to have juices then have fresh homemade juice instead of any packaged juice.

Make sure you never give your breakfast a miss and have at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Breakfast should consist a nice healthy bowl of cereals; whole grain cereals actually, along with either milk or yogurt. You should accompany your cereal with a healthy glass of natural fruit juice.

Make sure you consume 5-6 mini meals in one day; this would make your day full of energy and won’t leave you feeling hungry. You should eat at least 2 hours before you hit the bed in the night.
