    Sounds good. Take this advice from Christopher Guerriero and that is to be sure you are eating more of alkaline foods such as raw veggies, more fish – if you can. Packed/Processed foods are high in sodium and fat that causes Candida Albicans to grow and over populate your body thus becoming acidic.
