Exercise can give a sparkle to your smile besides just flossing and brushing. Studies reveal that people who regularly invest 30 minutes in moderate intensity workout 5 times in a week have 70% less risk of gum disease.

Rise immunity:

Moderate exercise will not only help you boost your metabolism, it proves great for your immunity as well. Help your system fight flu and colds better. Don’t overdo these exercises to give your immunity an extra boost, 30 minutes five times a week is healthy. Research shows people who do around 90 minutes of daily exercise actually lose their immunity.

Sleep Well :

Exercise makes you sleep better, women who were more regular with their exercise programs were able to get around 45 minutes of extra sound sleep as compared to those who didn’t.

Fight Bloating:

Is bloating becoming a very regular occurrence for you? Try doing 30 minutes of moderate exercise which would help you release gas and alleviate pain. Exercise raises your heart rate and stimulates your breathing , and help prevent constipation.
