Morning Banana Diet Plan – Simple Way To Lose Weight

Banana diet is also popularly known as Morning Banana diet. This diet got fabulous response in Japan, when, Mixi, a Japanese networking promoted this diet response.
Many articles can be found on internet or in magazines about the rage it created in Japan. It is also said that this diet become so hit in Japan that the country faced the shortage of bananas.
Basics about the morning banana diet
The banana diet claims that having only and only bananas and water at room temperature in the breakfast will lead to weight loss irrespective of what you eat throughout the day.
This diet is very easy and extremely simple to follow. Probably that’s why many Japanese have witnessed fast and quick weight loss while experimenting with morning banana diet.
One of the major reasons why banana diet may work is that banana helps in pumping metabolism and also improves digestion. Another theory is that banana is rich in resistant starch, a type of fiber, which may uphold the feeling of fullness and can obstruct the absorption of some carbs.
Remember to have at water at room temperature. There is no substantial theory behind this but at the same time it is believed that water at room temperature reduces hunger and also improves digestion.
Under this diet, participants are advised to have their supper/dinner early; say before 8 PM. Avoid desserts of any sort, dessert is just out of question. If you feel hungry after you dinner then eat a piece of fruit.
Apart from having banana and water for the breakfast and keeping away from late night eating, participants are also advised to sleep before midnight. Ideally should sleep around 10 or 11 PM, not later than that.
The underlying principle behind this advice is sound as many studies have indicated the link between lack of sound sleep and obesity.
Under this diet, eat till you are almost 80% full. Do not over stuff yourself. The only beverage that is allowed under this diet is water at room temperature. So, you have to completely avoid alcohol, soda, and dairy products.
Sample Diet Plan
Breakfast: One or more than one bananas and a glass of water at room temperature.
Lunch: In lunch you have food of your choice, just avoid alcohol, dairy products and sodas.
Afternoon Snacks: You can have a small amount of sweet snacks.
Dinner: You can have meal of your choice, but you are supposed to have it before 8 PM. Avoid desserts of any type.
If participants are losing weight that it may not be because of any extra ordinary fat burning ability of bananas. It may be due to other rules and disciple like having food at specific time, avoiding desserts, going to bed early. But the bottom line is you will lose weight with the help of the morning banana diet plan.
