One of the quickest and effective ways to reduce and lose surplus body fat is through increasing metabolic rate beyond its usual rate, this is a proven fact and many researches second the same.If you want to lose stored body fat constantly for months and months, then try to work on your metabolism, try to increase it consistently, instead from shifting from a particular diet plan to another one. Many dietitians try to sell their ‘magical’ diet plan with crazy claim of losing weight quickly without any effort or dedication, don’t get fooled by them.
Any diet plans work by crafting a path by which we can take lesser calorie than we actually required. Initially these diet plans work, but eventually there will be a time we won’t be able to lose fat because our body will become immune to the new level of calories intake. An amplified metabolism works in a better way as it instantly decreases your calorie even before you reduce every day food intake or start a diet.
If you still are cynical about these diets, then think about body builders. Most of them are lean still they can intake mammoth amount of food. They develop fast and very efficient metabolic rate, as a results, they never face problem of being fat!
What we don’t realize about dieting is that a lot of popular diet programs are short term and slow metabolism, this results in often stopping of weight loss. This stage would need increase in our exercise routine, which shouldn’t have an adverse affect (though you are advised to consult a physician).
One can’t reduce the amount of food eaten because if we reduce it after a certain level the protein in our body will reduce as compared to the muscle mass. This will in turn decrease your metabolism even further, which happens when our body adapts to low calorie intake.
How to raise metabolism?
Weight Training: Weight training will increase the muscle in your body, as muscles raises metabolism, and metabolic rate will rise hours after your weight training session.
Healthy Protein, Fats & Carbs: Protein needs complex conversion of chemicals, which burns calories and raises metabolism. You should consume healthy fats which your body can use judicially. Processing these fats use a lot of energy, hence fat actually raise metabolism. Consuming right type of carbohydrates will raise metabolism. You can consume carbohydrates in form of lentils, sugar etc.
Vary Calorie Intake: Don’t just lower your calorie levels but fluctuate it, so that body doesn’t get used to either reduction or increase of calories.
Eat more frequently and drink ice cold water.
