Master Cleansing with Lemonade Diet

Many people take up the Master Cleansing program to lose weight. Many people do lose a whole lot of weight and this diet may appear tempting to those who are still struggling to lose extra pounds, but this is a program for getting rid of toxins and should not be named a diet.

This Master Cleansing program is also very commonly referred to as Lemon Cleanse, The Lemonade Diet as well as Maple Syrup Diet. The reason why there are so many alternative names that have stemmed for this diet is due to the principle element used, which obviously; as the name suggests is lemon juice along with maple syrup. This program was actually developed by Stanley Burroughs in the book published under the name of -The Master Cleanser.

If you stick to the instructions given in the book, you would be able to become accustomed with cleansing which is needed for detoxification in your body. This cleansing program is very easy and simple to follow where the dieters are advocated to have lots of a concoction made from lemon juice, maple syrup, water and cayenne pepper.

This program also suggests that you consume half cup of Senna leafed tea, either in the morning or prior to bedtime, besides this you have to undergo the saline wash occasionally where you have to drink salt water.

People who have followed this program actually have been benefited and swear by it. It helps your body to wash out many harmful toxins and makes you feel better. You will definitely lose quite a few pounds when you undertake this program, but most of the weight lost is actually water.

This program does make some people cranky when they follow it, but they also get a zest and energy which they haven’t experienced before. It can be given a try if your aim is to feel better about yourself in totality and not just losing weight.
