To achieve this, you must eat more green leafy vegetables and tender chicken meat that should either be boiled or steamed. Under no circumstances should you be skipping breakfast because it is the first meal of the day that provides you with the energy you need till lunch.

As long as you can fulfill your body’s nutritional requirements while maintaining a low calorie count and exercising regularly, you will effectively and inexpensively lose weight. Maintaining weight will also help you live a better life.
