Lose Weight With Yellow Melon

There are several ways to lose weight and probably you must have tried a few techniques to lose weight. One of the effective ways to lose weight is with a help of proper diet. Again, many diet helps in losing extra fat and one such diet is yellow melon diet.  Don’t take this as a fad diet. Unlike other fad diet this diet allows you to have other foods too.

During the yellow melon diet you can have lean meat such as fish and chicken, you can eat boiled eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese, green beans, mushroom, and cabbage. One thing you need to keep in mind while undertaking this diet is that you have to drink sufficient amount of liquid. So have as much water, fresh homemade juice you can.

Five day diet plan

Day 1:

Breakfast: Have oat flakes with low fat yogurt and eat a half of yellow melon.

Lunch: Have 100 grams of lean meat, a slice of yellow melon and 150-200 grams of green beans.

Dinner: For dinner you can eat a slice of yellow melon, a bowl of rice with sauce and scrambled eggs.

Day 2:

Breakfast: In breakfast you can have slice of toast with cottage cheese and a half yellow melon.

Lunch: You can eat boiled chicken leg, cabbage salad and a slice of yellow melon.

Dinner: Have yellow melon and mushroom cooked in less oil.

Day 3:

Breakfast: For breakfast you can have a boiled eggs and slice of toast. Eat as much yellow melon you can.

Lunch: For lunch gave boiled beef with baked potato and have vegetable soup.

Dinner: Have yellow melon and only yellow melon for your dinner.

Day 4:

Breakfast: For breakfast you are allowed have oat flakes with a cup of milk. Have a slice of yellow melon too.

Lunch: Have rice with tomato sauce and boiled chicken leg or breast.

Dinner: have a big bowl of vegetable salad and slice of yellow melon.

Day 5:

Breakfast: Eat only yellow melon as much as you can.

Lunch: For lunch you can have low fat fish and rice with tomato sauce.

Dinner: Have rice with tomato sauce and mushroom and a slice of yellow melon.

You have to continue this diet for 10 days and by the end of 10 days not only lose weight but will also detox your body.
