Lose Weight With Chicken Soup Diet

Chicken soup diet is based on very simple mechanics. This diet is tailored in such a way that you can have all vital nutrients and at the same time it helps you to cut down the calorie consumption to a great extent.

In this diet you can have a healthy and filling breakfast and then for the rest of the day you need to have only and only chicken soup. You are only allowed just one breakfast per day, and then you are restricted to the soup. It’s recommended to have a bowl of chicken soup in every 2-3 hours.

There is a specific recipe for the soup and you have to follow it religiously. Under this diet, dieters are allowed to have only certain choice of food for breakfast. You can continue this diet for at least 7 days and if you want to redo the diet then take a break for two days and then you can again undergo this diet.

The genuine recipe for the chicken soup is relatively very simple and it includes ample vegetables such as broccoli, beans, carrot, celery, etc. The other ingredients are fairly common such as several types of seasonings and chicken chunks. Cooking direction is also relatively easy and any one can make chicken soup in just few minutes. The chicken soup diet is extremely simple. All you have to do is to make soup once and it will serve you for minimum 25 times.

The chick soup diet allows participants to select one breakfast for the first five days and on the sixth and seventh day you can repeat the breakfast that you liked most in the first five days. Few options for breakfast are:

Option 1: The participant can have half cup of fruit salad and a cup of low-fat yogurt.

Option 2: This option allows dieter to have a cup of low-fat ricotta cheese with dash of cinnamon and half tablespoon of sugar. The participant can also eat a slice of wheat bread and 2-3 dried figs.

Option 3: The dieter can have a small whole-grain bagel with an ounce of low-fat/fat-free cheese, along with half cup of juice without sugar.

Option 4: This breakfast allows dieter to have half cup of orange juice and 2 cups of cereals with half cup of skim milk.

Breakfast 5: This breakfast allows the participants to have one and half cups of cereal along with half cup of zero-fat milk.

This diet doesn’t make any tall claims about how much pound a dieter can reduce during the 7 days of the diet. However, many people who have undergone this diet have lost significant amount of weight.
