Lose Weight Not Your Breasts

Exercising with an aim to lose weight has marvelous effects on your muscles. You abs, legs, arms will get toned and it will make your body stunning. However, the same effect will not be seen over your chest. You might be amazed to know that your breasts get smaller due to weight loss and exercises.

You undertake exercise with an aim to have slender and toned legs, flat abs and a deep waistline. At the same time you also want to have appealing breasts. Very few women actually want smaller breast, where as majority prefers bigger and appealing breasts.  Many women go under knife to have a bigger and stunning breast and it would be bad to lose your beautiful breasts while losing weight. Unfortunately, frequent workouts make your breast smaller.

It’s true that regular exercise can make your breasts smaller, but on the other hand it can even make it bigger. The effects of exercise on your breasts are unalterable. Your breasts are made up of just fats and tissue without any muscles and exercise stretch the tissues making is saggy and small.

There are no exercises for breasts, as breasts don’t have any muscles. The only solution to save your breasts from exercise is by wearing bra that is especially designed for working out. You should always ways sports bra while working out as this bra supports your breasts and helps in avoiding saggy breasts.

Most of the problems in the breast areas associated with exercise are due to the fact that most of the women tend to wear wrong bra while exercising. You need to make sure that you are wearing the right kind and right size of bra to support your breasts, irrespective of your breasts size. Experts recommend that while doing any physical activities women should wear sport bra to avoid saggy breasts.

A good bra for exercising should offer you support, it should be of right size and have adjusting straps. After working out you can notice that breasts are the first part of your body that indicate weight loss. You should have more than one size of workout bra because the breast size may change due to your menstrual cycle.

You should exercise daily to stay fit and to lose weight. Exercise also reduces the chance of breast cancer. Just remember to wear a good bra that supports your breast while working out.
