A major part of having healthy food is the joy of having savory foods that provides your body the vital nutrients it requires. Apart from enjoying the tasty foods, you will also strengthen your immune system and improve your overall health.
There are lots or vegetable and fruits available that you can have daily. These fruits and vegetable will keep your weight in check and will help you to lose extra fat that is stored in your body. Many severe diseases such as heart strokes, cancer, high blood pressure, etc. are directly connected to unhealthy eating habits.
By avoiding fatty fried food, especially one which is packed by saturated fats, you can radically reduce the chances of getting the above mentioned diseases. Healthy eating will help you to lose weight whilst will provide all vital nutrients that your body needs to function properly.
If you want to derive all vital nutrients from food then you have eat different types of foods. Some foods are rich in vitamins, some are rich in minerals, some are rich in carbs and some are rich in other nutrients. So you have all different types of foods to keep you body healthy and fit.
Healthy diet focuses on different types of food and food group, where as fad or crash diet focuses on just on type of food, which is very unhealthy. This is the major difference between healthy and fad diet.
