Many people want to lose few pounds in couple of days. You also need to give rest to your body and let your body digest all the food that you had throughout the day.

Water, water and more water: You have to drink ample amount of water in a day. You must be aware of the fact that you need to drink water, but are you really following it? If not then start it right now. Try to have at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Water helps in flushing out toxins from our body and in turn leads to weight loss. If you will have 10-12 glasses of water in a day, you will witness significant weight loss in a week time.

Don’t just stick to low calorie food. You have to have food of different types of calories. Calories shifting will help in keeping your metabolism active for the day and you will be able to burn more calories then before. Eat what ever you want to but don’t eat after 7pm and make sure that you are shifting calories by having different types of food.
