Lose 4 Pounds In 2 Days Using Oranges
So you thought that are oranges is just a delicious fruit. Well, it just more than a delicious fruit, it also helps in weight loss and detox your body. In just two days you can lose weight with the help of oranges. You must follow orange diet just for two days, don’t try to exceed it beyond two days.
With the help of two days orange diet you can lose up to four pounds, apart from weight loss this diet will also help you in flushing out toxins from your body.
This diet is not for huge weight loss. You should use this diet just for couple of days to lose few pounds. If you want to lose huge amount of weight then you should adopt other diet which will help you to lose weight in long run.
Oranges is a great fruit and rich in vital nutrient. It is a rich source of vitamin C and very low in calories. An orange contains aloes to just 40 calories. It also contains just 8.5 grams of carbs and the best part it has no fat. So, you can have as many oranges you want.
During winter, the best fruit to have is oranges. It is packed by vitamin C, which our body needs badly during winter.
The 2 day diet plan using oranges:
Before adopting this diet, remember, this diet is very demanding. So you should only carry this diet for just 2 days and not beyond that or else it can have adverse effects on your health. Also, before undertaking this diet, consult your doctor or weight loss expert.
Day 1: On the first day you are only allowed to have oranges. Have as many oranges you can. Apart from oranges you can also have a slice or two of whole grain toast at each meal.
Day 2: On the second day, have oranges with low fat yogurt and lemon juice for breakfast. For lunch you can have orange salad made out of oranges, one onion, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 dates and basil. For dinner, you can have a slice of toast and oranges.
Follow this diet for two days and you will surely lose at least 4 pounds. If possible, don’t do any exercise in these days, as it would be hard to workout due to lack of energy and stamina.
