Lose 10 Pounds in 3 Days

If you are someone who come in the extremely overweight or obese category, and are frustrated of yourself; have you lost every hope to lose weight and look fit?

The fad diet you undertake would help you to lose weight but you need to be clear that this diet would leave you physically and emotionally drained.  Don’t give up until you try the 3 Day diet and lose 10 pounds within 3 days. This diet developed by AHA for heart patients, which need to lose fat before a surgery.

This is an extremely simple Three-Day Diet. It might not sound extremely inspiring, but I recommend you give this a try. When you undertake the diet you will lose weight as body fat. Just within the 1st day of the diet plan, you would see that the diet has actually started working.

Mentioned below is a sample plan for 3 day diet:

Day 1:

For Breakfast: Have black tea or coffee, ½ a grapefruit, 1 whole wheat toast, 2 tbs peanut butter.

For Lunch: ½ cup of tinned tuna, 1 whole wheat toast.

For Dinner: 2 slice of any meat (3 oz), a cup of stringed beans, a small apple, one cup of beet and a cup of vanilla flavored ice cream.

Day 2:

For Breakfast: An egg, half a banana, 1 whole wheat toast, black tea or coffee.

For Lunch: A cup of cottage cheese or tuna, 5 salt crackers.

For Dinner: 2 slice of any meat, 2 cup of broccoli, half cup carrot, half a banana and vanilla ice crème (1/2 cup).

Day 3:

For Breakfast: 3 salt crackers, a slice cheddar cheese, small apple, black tea/coffee.

For Lunch: A Hard Boiled egg, 1 whole wheat toast.

For Dinner: Cup of cottage cheese or tuna, a cup of beet, a cup cauliflower, half cup cantaloupe.

Points to Remember:

In seasoning don’t have salt and pepper.

Drink at least 9 glasses of water to flush toxins from body.

Don’t have snacks across the day.

Once you follow this diet take a break for at least 3 day before you re-start the diet.
