Fire Element: Leo, Aries & Sagittarius:
When under stress or when angry you should eat something cold and soft, this would keep emotional eating at bay.
If you are an Aries and want to lose weight you should stop high salt consumption. You can initiate a new diet but if you don’t see fast results you should give it up. You would get best results and your dieting would be effective if you consume more of veggies, fish, and fruit juices (natural).
People falling under the Leo star sign should have food rich in magnesium phosphate and iron. The prior can be found in almonds, nuts, rye products, whole grained wheat, figs, egg yolk, rice, apples, and peaches. Iron can be obtained from spinach raisins, grapes & broccoli.
Sagittarians should avoid food rich in sugar- (sweets, chocolate, etc) high fat foods, fast food as well as alcohol.
