Lemonade Diet – Detoxify Yourself To Lose Weight

Lemonade diet is a detoxifying diet that aims to remove toxins from your body. We are living in polluted environment where we have to confront pollutants such as smoke, dust, smog, etc. everyday.
The toxins get accumulated in our body and produce harmful effects such as wrinkles, dryness, and headache. Are you aware of the fact the toxins make it difficult for us to lose weight. Yes, unfortunately but its true.
So to lose weight effectively you first need to detoxify yourself and make your body pure again. There are many version of detoxify diet, but lemonade diet has gain most popularity as a detoxifying agent.

If you are planning to undergo this diet then be mentally strong and be determined to carry out this diet. Lemonade diet or for that matter any detox diets are not meant for faint-hearted. These diets are not easy to follow simple because of the fact that we are so addicted to food.
The degree of success differs from person to person as they see weight loss as their body starts flushing out toxins. Initial few days are difficult but once you have built the momentum you can easily sail through. Few people use this diet for two weeks and few use it for few days.

Lemonade diet plan will help in dissolving and eliminating toxins from the body, it also cleanses digestive system and kidney. This diet is also useful in purifying cells and glands. It is also used for eliminating waste material from muscles and joints.
Sample diet plan
In this diet participants are allowed to have 60 ounces (spread over 6 10 oz glasses) of water in day. In this every glass of water mix 2 tablespoon of freshly squeezed organic lemon juice. Have this mixture throughout the day.
The only food that is allowed under the diet plan is laxative tea twice in a day, and saline wash. Dieters are recommended to have laxative as this diet lacks fiber which may lead to constipation.
