Innovative Ways To Add More Fruits In Your Diet

Add Fresh Fruits In Your Bowl Of Cereal: You can make your bowl of cereal healthier and tastier by adding some strawberries, peaches, blueberries and bananas in your cereal. This way you would be able to make your breakfast turn extremely healthy. You can also purchase cereals which already come with a variety of fruits.

Use Fruits in Waffles and Pancake: This is a very convenient and extremely delicious way to have fruits in your diet. You can take some strawberries; slice them and add some glaze (without sugar). You can place the same on pancakes and waffles. You can also add some fat free whipped crème.

Eat fruits as your favourite dessert: Your desserts shouldn’t be extremely unhealthy and loaded with calories. Eat fruits as your dessert. You can have fresh strawberry (which is fat-free) along with some whipped crème. You can also try grilling some slices of pineapples; have them with fat free yogurt.

Add Fruits to Your Smoothies: You can make some amazing fruit and yogurt smoothie; which would be extremely healthy. You should choose seasonal fruits and remember no to add any sugar to your smoothie. Add some fat free flavored yogurt and you would have delicious smoothies at home.

Add fruits to your Salad: If you prepare a fruit salad and keep it in your refrigerator, you wouldn’t get tempted to try any other unhealthy snack.

Carry Dried Fruits to Office: It is not easy to carry fresh fruits along with you and munch them during snacks, where obviously your unhealthy bagels and burgers come in picture. Try carrying some dried fruits like almonds, apricot etc to work; which would be more healthy and nutritious vis-a-vis your junk food.

Try Fruit Dips: You can cut chunks of your favourite fruits; dip them in some fat free flavored yogurt and relish the amazing taste.

Eat Fruit Wraps for Meals: Why do you need to avoid fruits during your main meal? You can spread a layer of low fat strawberry cheese on top of a tortilla base; add some chunks of your favourite fruits on top, roll it and refrigerate it.
