Incorporate More Water in Your Diet
Have Vitamins with 16 ounces of water:
Remember when you take your vitamins daily have it with 16 ounce of water. This way you can get 6 glasses of water in your diet every day. Some vitamins mention this on their labels that they need to be taken with water; but even if it isn’t mentioned, make sure you have your vitamins with water.
Carry 32 Ounce bottle with you:
Make sure where you go you should carry a bottle of water with around 32 ounces of water with you. Also make sure you drink the entire content throughout the day. If you follow the 1st tip you would need 2 cups more of water.
When you exercise make sure you get enough water:
You must be aware that workout is essential to stay healthy, you must also know that drinking water is all the more important when you workout. You should have water before, during and after your workout. You should have at least 2 glasses 2 hours before exercise and another 2 glasses of water 20 minutes before the session. During your workout you should have sips of around ½ glass of water, make sure you don’t gulp the entire glass during the workout. After the session you would require more water after the session.
Have water along with Lunch or Dinner and also before snacking:
This would make you fuller, help you eat less and stay away from alcohol. You can also handle untimely cravings for snacks by filling yourself up with water.
Order in a Restaurant:
It is generally hard to order plain water when you have so many drinking options in restaurant. Do yourself and your health a huge favor and order water as an alternative for your favourite fattening and unhealthy drink.
Invest in a Cooler:
A cooler makes you more accessible to water and helps you consume water which is also kept cold. You don’t get cold water from the tap and ice doesn’t help in cooling water, it makes water chilly instead. Make sure you invest in a water cooler or keep water refrigerated.
