Importance of Aerobics

To effectively lose weight and maintain it one should incorporate 30-45 minutes of aerobics activities (walking, bicycling, swimming cross-country skiing, aerobic dancing, swimming, stair climbing, bicycling, jogging, elliptical training or rowing) at least 5 times a week in your exercise schedule. 

Aerobics are a great way to test your energy levels and your ability to sustain prolonged efforts. Aerobic exercises have multiple benefits besides that they help you lose weight and rise metabolism.
