Do not fall in fad/crash diets:
If some product promotes instant, fast weight loss, stay away from these products; these can be hazardous for your overall health.
Skip skipping breakfast:
If you eat breakfast it would aid you in your weight loss tryst. Your breakfast should be healthy, nutritious and filling.
Portion Control:
You should eat healthy, but you should also be particular about how much you eat; portion control is extremely important for weight loss.
Multiple meals in a day:
You should try to eat 5-6 small meals in a day instead of 2-3 meals which are bigger. It wouldn’t help you curb only overeating and curb your cravings. You should snack on fruits and veggies.
