How To Lose 18 Pounds In Just Four Days

If you are the one those who want to lose weight quickly, well then this is ideally for you. There are many reasons that drive people to lose weight fast and quick. Here is an effective way to lose eighteen pounds in just four days. This weight loss program was invented by James Zeta, a weight loss expert. Zeta himself was suffering from being overweight and in quest of losing weight he discovered a combination of foods that helped him lose extra pounds effectively and quickly.

This weight loss program claims that if a dieter follows the program religiously then he/she can lose up to 18 pounds in flat four days.  Many participants who have undertaken this program have lost up to 20 pounds in less than a week just by strictly following the rules outlined in this program.

Diet Basics

This weight loss program is basically divided into two parts. The first part deals with the diet and the second part focuses on maintaining the weight loss.

The diet aspect of the plan focuses on low-calorie diet and it last for four days. This involves having lean protein with vegetables and small amount of fruits.

This program doesn’t advice dieters to have any special foods, but rather involves specific combination of foods that apparently jump starts the weight loss process. Another aspect of this diet is that it doesn’t involve any need for meal replacement, supplements, or high intensity exercise to achieve quick weight loss.

Food that is recommended

For Breakfast having half grapefruit is mandatory, besides this you can have veggies, eggs, meat and chicken throughout the day.

Amongst the vegetables you can have beans (green) and butternut squash, in meat concentrate on chicken and beef.

Exercise

Make sure you do not exercise in the 4 day program; you can resume it after the diet is over. This diet tends to give better results when you don’t exercise.

One should remember that losing 18 pounds in 4 days can sound good but isn’t really healthy. Many people do tend to feel dizzy or exhausted when they undergo this diet plan.
