How To Detox Your Body And Lose Weight Too

One of the best ways to lose weight in few days is with the help of detox diet. This will help you to flush out the toxins stored in your body whilst losing some extra pounds too.

However, it has a minus point too, which is mist of the weight you will lose through detox diet will be water weight and once you get back to your normal eating habits then these weight may bounce back.

This should not dishearten you as the long-term benefits of detox diet will help you to lose a lot more weight. Detox diet cleans up our system and boost our metabolism, which eventually leads to faster fat burning and faster weight loss.

Seven Days Detox Diet Guide

Day 1: On the first day you are supposed to have only fresh homemade vegetable and fruit juices. Apart from juice, if you want you have raw vegetables and fruits. The first day of the diet is meant for awe and shock attack on toxins that are present in our body.

Day 2: On the second day you can have as many potatoes (boiled) as you want. If you want you can mix the mash potatoes in parsley and low fat milk and have the same. Potatoes are rich source of potassium. By having a massive amount of potassium you can refill your reserves.

Day 3: Third day is rice eating day. All you need to do is, boil approximately 250 grams of rice and divide the same into five portions. After every 2-3 hours have a portion of rice. If eating plain rice is difficult and boring for you then you can add tomato sauce or some vegetables. Also drink lots of water.

Day 4: This is the day dedicated to fruits. You are allowed to have as many as you desire. Eat whatever fruits you want to. There is no restricting on any type or quantity of fruits. Try new fruits, make this day as an adventure. Moreover, during one meal, you are allowed to have fruits with lot fat cheese.

Day 5: If you love Italian food then this day is for you. On the fifth day you can have pastas with some tomato sauce. Don’t add any meat to your pasta. However, you can add as many mushrooms and vegetables. Eat pastas 5 times in a day; make the portion size relative smaller so that you are not over stuffed.

Day 6: Sixth day is a vegetable eating day. You are allowed t have only vegetable. Though you can have boiled or raw. However, it’s advisable to have raw vegetable.

Day 7: When finally this day you can eat some meat. On the last day you can eat boiled meat. Consider meat as the reward for your weeklong effort. You can have boiled chicken, fish or beef. You can also have salad with meat chunk. Don’t eat too much at one go. Have somewhere around 100-120 grams of meat at one sitting.
