Friends fear that our healthy lifestyle will make them feel and look much inferior than a new healthy you. They become jealous and fear and we might end up looking better than them. It also will make them guilty of their own unhealthy way of life.

You don’t need to lose your old friends to start a weight loss program; all you need is some new ones when your old friends don’t support you. There are various weight loss groups that you can join as losing weight becomes very easy when you are among like minded people.

You can fix an exercise date with your weight loss buddy and work out together. When you fix an appointment with someone to work out, you are more likely to take the same seriously.

Buddies are just a phone call away when temptation strikes and you wouldn’t find it difficult to get help when needed.

Analyze properly when you choose your diet buddy, make sure you discuss your personal plans and discuss your progress regularly.

If you don’t know someone who is trying to lose weight you can make friends with some who has successfully lost and maintained weight, or someone who is fit and very particular about fitness.
