Homemade Green Tea Fat Burner

Green tea has recently gained much popularity owing to its weight loss property. There are variety of green tea available in the market which are effective but expansive and even some of them doesn’t make any positive effects. So, how about making your own green tea leaf burner, this will be more beneficial and healthy to you as compared to the one available on the stores.

To make your own green tea fat burner you just need some good green tea, some juicy lemons and clean water. It’s very easy to prepare concoction but it may take some time to prepare it. Only thing you need to take care is that you don’t have to brew it. Brewing may destroy the beneficial properties of green tea.

Take one quarter of a cup of lemon juice, one quarter green tea and two quarters of water. Put these ingredients in a cup and leave it overnight so that the ingredients get mix together. As soon as you get up from your bed have this homemade green tea fat burner on empty stomach and do some exercises.

Green tea has amazing effects on metabolism. It increases the metabolic rate making weight loss faster and easier. By intensifying your metabolism you can actually burn calories faster which in turn help you to lose weight faster.

It’s very important to do light exercise after have homemade green tea fat burner, as exercise helps in jumpstart our metabolism and also helps in increasing the same. The combination of exercise and green tea is amazing for fat burner.

Lemon juice is very vital for the green tea fat burner. It makes the green tea more powerful and helps in burning fats faster.

If you are suffering from any caffeine related health problems or insomnia then you should avoid having green tea for weight loss. Also, it’s recommended that you should not mix milk and green tea. Green tea is supposed to be mixed with only water and no other liquid. Milk actually reduces the effectiveness of the green tea and you may not get the desired result.

Also, if you want your green tea to be bit sweet then add honey instead of adding any artificial sweeteners or sugar.
